Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
These Terms of Service govern websites, website-development services, software, digital tools, and related services provided under the Daedion Digital name.
Website services
Daedion Digital may provide Rapid Website, Custom Website, website maintenance, and other website-related services.
The features, project scope, price, turnaround target, revision allowance, and other material terms of a website project will be communicated before purchase or otherwise agreed with the customer.
Rapid Website projects
Unless otherwise stated, the Daedion Rapid Website service includes up to five pages, mobile-responsive design, business branding implementation, contact-form setup, basic search-engine optimization, SSL or HTTPS setup, domain-connection assistance, and up to two reasonable revision rounds.
A stated turnaround period is a target rather than a guarantee and begins only after Daedion Digital has received the information and materials reasonably required to perform the project.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, requested project materials, timely feedback, and any access reasonably required to complete the requested service.
Delays in receiving content, approvals, credentials, domain access, photographs, branding materials, or other required information may delay delivery.
Customer content and rights
Customers represent that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any logos, photographs, text, trademarks, graphics, videos, or other materials they provide to Daedion Digital.
Customers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of customer- supplied content.
Revisions and scope changes
Included revision rounds are intended for reasonable adjustments to work within the agreed project scope.
Requests for substantial redesigns, additional pages, new functionality, integrations, or work outside the original scope may require an additional charge. Any additional charge will be communicated before the additional work is performed.
Domains, hosting, and third parties
Website projects may depend on third-party domain registrars, hosting providers, email providers, payment providers, analytics services, or other external systems.
Unless expressly included in the purchased service, third-party fees such as domain registration, premium software, paid plugins, or specialized hosting are not included in the website project price.
Payments
Prices and payment terms will be shown before purchase or otherwise agreed with the customer.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another designated payment provider.
Software products
Daedion Digital may separately offer software products and subscription services.
Product-specific functionality, pricing, billing intervals, usage requirements, and additional terms may be displayed when the applicable product becomes available.
Missed Call Recovery
Missed Call Recovery is a planned business software service designed to help businesses identify qualifying missed telephone calls and provide callers with an opportunity to consent to a text-message follow-up.
Customers using telecommunications or messaging products must comply with applicable laws, consent requirements, carrier requirements, and provider policies.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use Daedion Digital products or services to violate applicable law, distribute malicious software, infringe another party's rights, gain unauthorized access to systems, impersonate another person or business, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
Service availability
Daedion Digital aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, hosting providers, domain providers, telecommunications providers, payment providers, or other systems outside Daedion Digital's direct control.
No guaranteed business results
Daedion Digital does not guarantee that a website, software product, marketing feature, or other service will generate any specific amount of traffic, leads, revenue, customers, search-engine ranking, or other business result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Daedion Digital will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use a Daedion Digital service.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as Daedion Digital products and services evolve. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are published.
