Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective August 31, 2026

This policy applies to recurring subscription services offered under the Daedion Digital name, including Missed Call Recovery.

Subscription billing

Missed Call Recovery is offered as a recurring monthly subscription unless a different billing arrangement is clearly stated before purchase.

Recurring subscriptions are charged according to the billing interval shown at checkout.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewals.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access to the paid service may continue through the remainder of that period.

Refunds

Subscription charges that have already been paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or other billing errors will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.

Service interruption

Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, telecommunications providers, hosting providers, internet connectivity, or other third-party systems do not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

Significant service problems may be reviewed individually when appropriate.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the service develops. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
